Scheduling Booking

Before making an appointment, please make sure you absolutely intend to keep it. When you reserve a time slot, it will be the only slot on that day that this therapist will be available for therapy sessions.

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We must be able to cancel your reservation at least three hours in advance so we can find someone to cover your time slot.

You can book an appointment through any of our available channels, call, WhatsApp, Facebook, and website. Upon confirmation, we will assign a professional and vetted therapist for you. Your massage therapist will arrive at your doorstep at your booked time with a hassle-free massage session. All at the comfort of your own place.

For out-of-area appointments, we charge an extra amount to cover the travel and waiting time. We do this because we want our clients to have a pleasant experience while they are receiving our services.

We only allow prepayment to ensure your safety and the security of your therapist. If they can't contact you or you cancel the service they can't take the risk of wasting time and money traveling back and forth.

There is a 90-minute minimum booking requirement, just give us a call to check if we service your area, we just might be able to come your way for an additional travel surcharge.


Our phones are manned from 8.30 am to 1 am, 7 days a week.

You can call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS anytime during these hours to make a booking. If you want a booking past midnight, the actual booking request must be made before midnight on that night.

Please notify us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, or special needs. This information should be provided during making an appointment.

There is no minimum age to receive treatment from us. We believe everyone deserves to be pampered including kids.


We will match you with the highest quality massage therapists available at the time specified. Our therapist is certified and qualified to serve you. There is no need to choose face. We only do family-friendly massage services. No other than that.

A gratuity is not required or expected. Your therapist is already well-compensated but if you have experienced an exceptional service & would like to express your appreciation, then please feel free to do so.


We understand that sometimes things happen and you may be delayed in your treatment.

The therapist will stay and give you as much treatment as possible, but please note that they may not be able to complete the full booking past your scheduled appointment time in the event of other bookings that they need to attend.

Please be available on time for your appointment.  The time for your appointment has been specially arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will do our best to provide you with the services you have booked, but we cannot guarantee full time if you arrive late.  Full payment for your scheduled services will be expected.

If you’re running extremely late and won’t be able to make your treatment, please cancel your appointment to ensure the practitioner can proceed to their next booking.

PLEASE NOTE: As per our cancellation policy, you will be charged for the full cost of the treatment if you fail to attend your booking at the agreed appointment time, or reschedule due to extreme lateness.

We understand that plans can change quickly, but our appointment cancellation policy is designed to protect the relationship between you and your therapist.
